| Please Describe Your Project In Detail | The project will focus on wealth building with the use of life insurance products. We will first begin hiring two staff members, then we will begin building our marketing campaigns. The next step will be two execute the marketing campaign through social media, radio, and billboards, we will begin going out into the community reaching those who are disproportionately represented in our community. The end goal is to educate individuals on being their on bank with a life insurance policy and how this tactic can be used to become financially independent. The pandemic hit the minority community the most and we suffered more than any other community and we want to prepare individuals for whatever financial plagues the minority community in the future. |
| Please explain how your project meets the requirements of the American Rescue Plan | This project will allow us to resume business as normal before the pandemic, our company was very active in the community bringing awareness to much needed issues that pertains to our insurance products and services. Our company suffered greatly due to the lack of face to face interaction, our company thrives on building relationships within the community, We suffered a great loss during this time, our sales dropped under 50% and we had to close our doors we also had to let go of our two employees, furthermore, when we did open the business back up the volume still was not there. A year later we are still feeling the impact of the pandemic. |

| What milestones would you use to measure your project’s progress? | My project milestones will consist of a project date, and my milestones will be logged each week and month as I progress through my project. Each milestone will be documented and reviewed by our Quality Assurance personnel. |
| How would you ensure accountability and transparency throughout the project lifecycle? | We will ensure accountability by keeping accurate financial records and well as documenting the project during each phase of development. The project will be documented in a way that will explain each step of the project and will be easy to read even for a child attending elementary school. |
| If successful, how would your project benefit the community? | This project will benefit the community by bringing an awareness to the importance of our products targeting communities that are disproportionately represented who lack knowledge in different insurance products, and how they can be utilized and different ways, also targeting small business in the same communities bringing awareness to the importance of business insurance and the ways in which different types of insurance can be obtained to protect the business owner. In addition, we will be able hire new staff members who can help us execute this new project. |
