Please Describe Your Project In Detail | I am a young African American women . I am 21 years old and a college student . I am 8 months pregnant with my first child and covid has impacted me greatly . I was going into my sophomore year when covid hit and we were all sent home. I was working to pay my tuition but when everything shut down I lost my job and defaulted on my tuition at school . I have now accumulated 5,035.23 dollars in debt. I later found out I was pregnant and my doctors strongly advised for me to wait until I could be vaccinated safely or wait until the numbers drop. I did find a job at a doctors office and worked for a few months until the doctor at my job caught COVID and I later tested positive as well . I left my job a few months ago and now I'm trying to save as much money as I can to pay my debt off and return back to school where my concentration is pre-pharmacy. I want to finish school so I can afford my family and baby a promising future as well as give back to my community with all the resources they need. |
Please explain how your project meets the requirements of the American Rescue Plan | I was misplaced by the pandemic and I have not been able to finish my educational requirements . I have now lost two jobs because of COVID as well as falling behind on my school bill and doctors bills . |
