| Please Describe Your Project In Detail | For over 20 years, The Matthew 25 Project has existed to feed, clothe, counsel, educate and empower those in our community who are homeless. On one of the properties of our Church, we have a large population of homeless that have found shelter and safety on this property. Due to the large number of them on campus it has caused a large accumlation of things that isnt health. With Matthew 25, we feel that not only can we feed them but for those who are serious, we can provide education and work (stipending) opportunities for those in temporary situations that want to better themselves. With this project we would like to provide temporary housing and food for them. We would like to have tiny homes and or shed to house them in. We want to help those with medical issues receive the help that they need and also those who are in need of counceling. |

Our project will also help to address negative economic impacts that have caused public health issues in our community and it will also help to combat crime. |

| What milestones would you use to measure your project’s progress? | Having multiple tiny homes or sheds on campus will help those in need temporarly. We will have a couple of officers and Counselors to help us in knowing the progress of those who are ready for change. |
| How would you ensure accountability and transparency throughout the project lifecycle? | We have educators, volunteers, officers, and councelors who will hold us accountable in making sure that we are transparent through the lifecycle of our project. We are also will to report once a quarter to give a update of the project. |
| If successful, how would your project benefit the community? | We have already seen those who were homeless turn their life around through Matthew 25. We will be able to see a greater number of people come off of the streets and become productive citizens. |
