Please Describe Your Project In Detail | I would like to purchase and rehab the eight unit apartment it’s of third Street across from Engel Stadium. It’s currently owned and I don’t know if the guy will sell but I’m looking into that to see if we can make this affordable housing. It’s an older brick structure that looks in good shape from the outside that could be rehabbed and turned into one or two bedroom units. |

What milestones would you use to measure your project’s progress? | I would measure of the project success by the quality of housing that we deliver to deserving individuals of our community and their ability to be responsible and upkeep the home. |
